EMS Express Shipping
Love My Pearls uses EMS SpeedPost shipping as its postal service of choice. It is a little more expensive than regular post, but parcels arrive much faster and can be tracked with a tracking number, much like UPS or DHL but less expensive.
From our long experience in shipping items out of Hong Kong, we have learnt that EMS is the most reliable and cost-effective shipping service, giving a reliable speed of delivery at a reasonable price.
- Orders are usually shipped within one or two business days from payment, and delivered in 5 to 8 days, counting from the day the order is shipped. Please note this is an average value - your parcel may arrive a little faster, or a little later.
- As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number that you can use online to see where your order is while it's being delivered to you.
