A: After changing the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, you need to click on "update cart" before the changes are recorded.

Q: When I try to buy quantities that should give me a quantity discount, the discount isn't shown during the checkout.

A: Wholesale discounts are calculated automatically on the website, but they only appear at the order confirmation. You can see where you are in the checkout process with the help of the bar at the bottom of the screen:
